Mary White, branch director for the Fort Worth Office of Nursefinders Inc., recently received Nursefinders’ CEO Award, which was created to recognize an employee’s high level of excellence within the Nursefinders organization.
“This new employee award is a true testament to leadership and dedication designed for all Nursefinders employees to aspire to,” said Bob Livonius, CEO. “We always want to encourage such qualities as leading by example and going beyond standard achievement goals. Mary has done an exceptional job with her branch and in promoting Nursefinders in the community,” said Livonius.
The Fort Worth branch director was presented with the award at Nursefinders’ annual Performance Club meeting held recently at The Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. White was recognized for her outstanding job performance. White’s Fort Worth office ranked 6th out of 74 offices for new employees hired and 11th out of 74 in new accounts. In the first half of 2004, White steered her branch to a 3,000 percent increase in sales to long-term care facilities and a 2,000 percent increase in sales to correctional facilities. During the same period the Fort Worth branch also achieved a 400% increase in medical/clerical staffing and in staffing for skilled nursing facilities.
