Nursefinders Appoints New President and COO, Patient Care Services
Nursefinders, Inc., one of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing providers, today announced that it has appointed Linda Sheffield President and Chief Operating Officer, Patient Care Services, responsible for its home care services nationwide. Sheffield brings more than 26 years of experience in the healthcare staffing and home health care industries and a proven history of developing high performing teams that achieve results in clinical excellence and profitability.
Sheffield reports to Nursefinders, Inc. CEO Bob Livonius and is responsible for all aspects of the Nursefinders Patient Care operations, including strategy development, expansion of existing and new service offerings, business development and overall financial performance.

Sheffield most recently served as eastern divisional vice president for Tender Loving Care Home Health Care. Prior to that, she served as regional vice president for Medical Staffing Network (MSN) and area vice president of Clinical Operations for Gentiva Health Services.
Sheffield holds a Master of Science and Bachelor degrees in Nursing from Boston University. She began her career in nursing before entering the healthcare staffing field.
