Nursefinders Appoints Kelley to New Position of Vice President of Business Development, Patient Care Services

Kathryn Gay Kelley, BSN, joins Nursefinders, Inc. in the newly-created position of Vice President of Business Development, Patient Care Services, according to Nursefinders CEO Bob Livonius. In this position, she will be responsible for driving the company’s growth objectives for patient care services, including extending private duty and Medicare business, as well as providing hands-on business development support through sales training and mentoring.

Kelley has more than 25 years of experience managing operations for home care and staffing organizations, including $60 million staffing company CareerStaff Unlimited where she served as President and Senior Vice President of Business Development.

Having served as branch director, area director and regional vice president for Nursefinders, Kelley is already familiar with the company and its high standards for quality, compliance and service. She has also been a consultant in the industry and is a Registered Nurse. She received her BSN from West Texas State University.
