Nursefinders Names Recipient for Prestigious CEO Award

Nursefinders, Inc., one of the nation’s largest providers of healthcare staffing and home health care services, has named Yvonne McKinney as the recipient of its prestigious CEO Award.

The CEO Award is presented in recognition of an employee’s high level of excellence within the Nursefinders organization. McKinney, Staffing Services Area Director in Tennessee and Illinois, exemplifies this level of excellence as well as the ability to exceed standard achievement goals on a consistent basis.

McKinney has qualified for and attended Nursefinders’ Performance Club, honoring outstanding field offices and individuals based on percent improvement in sales, and profit, a total of five times. This demonstrates her ability to deliver consistent revenue and profits year after year.

McKinney contributes much of her success to her ability to retain her internal staff and caregivers, most of who have worked for Nursefinders under McKinney for many years. She was presented with the award at the annual Performance Club meeting at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, Texas.
