Nursefinders Hires Denise Deans-Graf to Fill Newly Created COO of Staffing Position

Nursefinders, Inc. announces the hiring of Denise Deans-Graf, a staffing industry veteran, to fill its newly created position of Chief Operating Officer of its Staffing Division, according to Bob Livonius, CEO of Nursefinders. Deans-Graf comes to Nursefinders from Spherion where she served for 7 years, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Operations. Her responsibilities included all vendor management, outsourcing, and permanent placement services as well as the core staffing business. Deans had approximately 150 offices under her scope of responsibility at Spherion. Prior to her most recent role at Spherion, Deans-Graf was a senior executive with Interim Healthcare.

Since 1997, Deans-Graf has sold and implemented over 100 vendor managementaccounts. Her career includes being the senior operational VP at Interim Healthcare from '93 to '97 where she managed approximately $80 million in revenues and over 40 locations in the Midwest.
