Texas Health Resources and Medfinders, Inc., have formed a joint venture designed to help Texas Health hospitals improve patient care by recruiting and retaining quality nurses and allied healthcare professionals. Medfinders, the parent company of Nursefinders, is the nation's largest supplier of managed staffing programs for healthcare providers. The joint venture, operating as Texas Health SingleSource Staffing (THSSS), oversees the staffing of all per-diem, local-contract and travelling nurses and allied healthcare professionals for Texas Health's system of 14 hospitals across North Texas.

VHA Texas Names Medfinders, Inc. Preferred Provider of Clinical Vendor Management Services (VMS) to its More Than 70 Member Hospitals

Medfinders, Inc. (formerly Nursefinders, Inc.), one of the nation's largest healthcare staffing providers, today announced it has signed an agreement with VHA Texas, a regional health care system of VHA Inc., to be the preferred provider of clinical vendor managed services for its more than 70 member hospitals located throughout Texas. Under the terms of the agreement, VHA Texas members can contract with Medfinders to oversee their agency staffing needs for nurses and other health care professionals.
