Ralph S. Henderson President, Nurse and Allied Staffing

Mr. Henderson is responsible for strategy, sales growth, financial performance and operations for AMN's Nurse and Allied Staffing businesses. Nurse and Allied Staffing is the company's largest business segment which includes some of the best known brands in healthcare staffing, including Nursefinders, American Mobile, MedTravelers, OGrady Peyton, RX Pro Health and Club Staffing. According to Staffing Industry Association, AMN ranks as the largest provider of Nurse and Allied staffing in North America.

Under Mr. Henderson's leadership, AMN has built the top-ranked managed service provider (MSP) program in the healthcare staffing industry, recently expanded through the acquisition of Medfinders. He was also responsible for launching AMN's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Computer Conversion business, both of which provide creative solutions to healthcare system challenges.

Prior to joining AMN Healthcare, Mr. Henderson served as Senior Vice President and Group Executive for Spherion, Inc. formerly Norrell Corporation. At Spherion, he was responsible for North American Commercial Staffing Operations, representing over $1.5 billion in revenues and 400 locations throughout the US and Canada. Prior to Spherion, Mr. Henderson was employed by American Express, where he held several leadership positions in their Travel Management Services Group, responsible for sales and operations of outsourced travel management programs. During his time at AMEX, he received the Chairman's Award for Quality.

Mr. Henderson has two and a half decades of managed services and strategic staffing experience, working with leading healthcare systems and Fortune 500 companies. His expertise includes employment models, contingent labor strategies, MSP and vendor management (VMS) program delivery models, recruitment innovation and recruitment outsourcing.

Mr. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University.

Denise Deans-Graf, President, Local Staffing/Managed Services Provider (MSP) Program

Denise Deans-Graf is the President, Local Staffing/Managed Services Provider (MSP) Program, for Nursefinders, an AMN Healthcare company. She joined Nursefinders in September of 2004 and has 22 years of experience in the staffing industry, including healthcare as a specialty.

Deans-Graf worked at the executive level for 11 years with Spherion Corp. (formerly Interim Services), a publicly-held staffing, health care, technology and outsourcing services company. She was most recently the senior vice president of operations for Spherion's Northern Division, which achieved profit increases in excess of 50 percent under her management. During her tenure, revenues climbed from $130 million in 1997 to $270 million in 2003.

From 1993 to 1997 Deans-Graf was the top operational vice-president at Interim Healthcare. She was also instrumental in the integration of several acquisitions including those involved in the Interim/Norrell acquisition.

Deans-Graf received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI in 1981. After graduation, she began her career in staffing with Addecco, a full-service staffing firm, as a Milwaukee client service supervisor. She later served as a vice president with the company from 1990 to 1993.
