Ralph S. Henderson President, Nurse and Allied Staffing

Mr. Henderson is responsible for strategy, sales growth, financial performance and operations for AMN's Nurse and Allied Staffing businesses. Nurse and Allied Staffing is the company's largest business segment which includes some of the best known brands in healthcare staffing, including Nursefinders, American Mobile, MedTravelers, OGrady Peyton, RX Pro Health and Club Staffing. According to Staffing Industry Association, AMN ranks as the largest provider of Nurse and Allied staffing in North America.

Under Mr. Henderson's leadership, AMN has built the top-ranked managed service provider (MSP) program in the healthcare staffing industry, recently expanded through the acquisition of Medfinders. He was also responsible for launching AMN's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Computer Conversion business, both of which provide creative solutions to healthcare system challenges.

Prior to joining AMN Healthcare, Mr. Henderson served as Senior Vice President and Group Executive for Spherion, Inc. formerly Norrell Corporation. At Spherion, he was responsible for North American Commercial Staffing Operations, representing over $1.5 billion in revenues and 400 locations throughout the US and Canada. Prior to Spherion, Mr. Henderson was employed by American Express, where he held several leadership positions in their Travel Management Services Group, responsible for sales and operations of outsourced travel management programs. During his time at AMEX, he received the Chairman's Award for Quality.

Mr. Henderson has two and a half decades of managed services and strategic staffing experience, working with leading healthcare systems and Fortune 500 companies. His expertise includes employment models, contingent labor strategies, MSP and vendor management (VMS) program delivery models, recruitment innovation and recruitment outsourcing.

Mr. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University.

Becky L. Kahn, Division President, Local Staffing/Strategic Accounts

Becky Kahn is the Division President of Local Staffing and Strategic Accounts for Nursefinders, an AMN Healthcare company. She joined AMN Healthcare in 2002 and has 28 years of progressive experience within the healthcare industry, specializing in staffing, client sales and account management.

Most recently, Kahn has served as Senior Vice President, Client Sales and Account Management, responsible for the implementation and account management of AMN's largest Managed Services accounts for both nursing and allied. Kahn oversaw 18 health systems, more than 60 acute care hospitals, 2,000 clinics and rehab sites. In her decade of service with AMN, Kahn has served as Vice President, Client Sales; Vice President, Managed Services, National Accounts and Client Contracts; Vice President, Client Operations and National Accounts; Executive Director, Facilities Client Management and Executive Director, Housing.

Prior to joining AMN, Kahn worked at Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association (AZHHA), an organization of hospitals and health systems that provides leadership and advocacy related to issues of delivery, quality and accessibility of healthcare. From 1983-2002, Kahn held several executive positions, including Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, Vice President, and Director of Business Services. During her tenure, Kahn provided leadership and strategic direction to AZHHA's for-profit subsidiary, the AZHHA Service Corporation with full P&L responsibility and saw increasing year-over-year revenues.

Kahn received a Bachelors of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix in 1991. She is a member of the San Diego Organization of Healthcare Leaders (SOHL) - American College of Healthcare Executives, has served as Chairman of the Board for the Association of Healthcare Enterprises and as a board member for the Arizona Healthcare Human Resources Association.
