Robert Livonius, Chief Executive Officer

Robert Livonius joined Nursefinders, Inc. in July 2003 as chief executive officer. Under his leadership, the company has expanded to provide the industry’s most comprehensive range of healthcare workforce solutions including nurse, allied health and physician staffing services, and home care services. Livonius is also responsible for developing the company’s workforce solutions division into the largest provider of healthcare Managed Staffing Programs (MSPs) in the industry.

Prior to joining Nursefinders, Livonius served as chief operating officer for publicly-held Spherion Corp. (formerly Interim Services) where he was responsible for $3.5 billion in revenues and 1,200 offices in the United States, Europe and Asia. He also held the position of executive vice president of health care operations, and was responsible for expanding the health care division to over $700 million in revenues in health care staffing and home care services.

Prior to Spherion, Livonius worked for Nynex Corp., now Verizon where he served as vice president of sales and operations. He also had a successful 15 year career with IBM Corp. where he worked his way from marketing representative to regional vice president.

As a noted industry expert, Livonius frequently comments on healthcare labor trends on media outlets including National Public Radio, Associated Press and Modern Healthcare. He also serves on the board of directors for American Staffing Association.

Livonius graduated from the University of Colorado with bachelor’s degrees in both marketing and engineering.

Denise Deans-Graf, Chief Operating Officer, Staffing

Denise Deans-Graf is the chief operating officer of staffing for Nursefinders, Inc., one of the nation’s largest providers of health care personnel services. She joined Nursefinders in September of 2004 and has 22 years of experience in the staffing industry, including healthcare as a specialty.

Deans-Graf worked at the executive level for 11 years with Spherion Corp. (formerly Interim Services), a publicly-held staffing, health care, technology and outsourcing services company. She was most recently the senior vice president of operations for Spherion’s Northern Division, which achieved profit increases in excess of 50 percent under her management. During her tenure, revenues climbed from $130 million in 1997 to $270 million in 2003.

From 1993 to 1997 Deans-Graf was the top operational vice-president at Interim Healthcare. She was also instrumental in the integration of several acquisitions including those involved in the Interim/Norrell acquisition.

Deans-Graf received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI in 1981. After graduation, she began her career in staffing with Addecco, a full-service staffing firm, as a Milwaukee client service supervisor. She later served as a vice president with the company from 1990 to 1993.

Linda Sheffield, President and Chief Operating Officer, Patient Care

Linda Sheffield is the president and chief operating officer of patient care services for Nursefinders, Inc., one of the nation’s largest health care staffing providers. She joined Nursefinders in May of 2008 and has more than 26 years of experience in the health care staffing and home health industries.

Sheffield has held several executive-level positions at two of the largest companies operating in the healthcare staffing industry. She served as area vice president of clinical operations for Gentiva Health Services, managing a nine-state territory comprised of 48 branches. Under her management, operations experienced a 10 percent profitability increase as a result of her operational and clinical turn-around program.

From 2002 to 2003, Sheffield was the regional vice president for Medical Staffing Network (MSN) where she managed a five-state territory and was instrumental in securing a $5 million contract with a large hospital system. Most recently she was divisional vice president Eastern operations for Tender Loving Care Home Health Care. During her tenure, the Eastern region generated 12 to 15 percent organic growth annually.

Sheffield received her bachelor’s degree and Master of Science degree in Nursing from Boston University in Boston, Mass. After graduation, she began her career in nursing before entering the healthcare staffing field as director of professional recruitment for Visiting Nurse Association.

Patrick McColpin, Chief Financial Officer

Patrick McColpin is the chief financial officer for Nursefinders, Inc., one of the nation’s largest providers of health care personnel services. He joined Nursefinders in January of 2005.

McColpin has extensive experience as a CFO. After graduating from the University of Texas, he had a 13-year career with Touche Ross, where Nursefinders was one of his audit clients. In 1994 he became CFO of a $150 million international engineering firm, Greiner Engineering, Inc. His financial, acquisition and integration experience was further developed as CFO of Mattress Giant Corporation with over 200 locations.

Most recently, he was the CFO of National Product Services. The foundation of this service business relied upon the hiring and retention of 15,000 employees across the country to deliver quality service. His accomplishments include the successful merger of seven companies, one that more than doubled the size of his company.
